• Patina is a natural process; if you prefer to slow it down, you can apply our spray wax protectant, W900-WAX.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our copper products against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover the natural aging process, including patina development, or damage caused by improper care or installation. Our drains and other non-copper products receive a 2 year warranty.

We offer a 30 return policy for unused, non-custom products in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Please be sure to make note of our retailer’s return policies, as well.
