At Premier Copper Products, every piece we create is handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium materials including copper, brass, and nickel. Each product is built to last for generations and designed to develop character over time.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in finish, texture, and tone are to be expected and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible stocked items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be in resalable condition
All returns are evaluated upon receipt to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale.
This includes custom sizes, finishes, and made-to-order designs. Once approved and in production, these items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
We strongly recommend inspecting all products upon delivery prior to installation.
Products that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.
All products should be inspected upon delivery.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Failure to report damage prior to installation may result in denial of the claim.

- Drains: 2-Year Limited Warranty
- Faucets: 6-Month Limited Warranty
- Lighting, Table Tops & Accessories: 1-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Natural patina development and finish variation
- Changes in color, tone, or texture over time
- Damage from misuse, improper care, or installation
- Scratches, stains, or normal wear
- Labor, installation, or removal costs
Copper is a living material that naturally evolves. Changes in appearance over time are expected and are part of the beauty and character of the product.
